So how do you know which program is right for you? We all have different goals, different body types, different eating habits and different interests when it comes to working out! We are not made equally, whether you want to lose the last stubborn 10 pounds or the 100 pounds that have been weighing you down physically and emotionally, I can help YOU!
First. What kind of workouts do you LIKE?! This is KEY. I can't physically come to your house and make you do Insanity or 10 Minute Trainer if you avoid it like a plague. Do you like cardio? Do you like weight lifting? Do you mind yoga once a week? Do you have any physical limitations? (laziness is not a physical limitation -its a state of mind.) Fact is, even if you sorta don't like doing a certain workout, you will have to suck it up at some point to get the results you WANT! However, it's best to start out with a workout you know you will enjoy, that will help the habit not only form, but STICK! We can go over what you are comfortable with, what you enjoy and then also what level of exercise you are capable of (beginner, intermediate and advanced).
Second. What are your short term and long term goals? What's your ideal weight? Your ideal body for your type? Where do you see yourself in 3 months? 6 months? a year? We will talk about this one on one. I'm here to help you in your journey!
Third. Get knowledgeable about what you are EATING. This is 80% of what you are doing, your results are depending upon what you eat, that includes sugary cereals and lunches at Panera or Chillis. Time to get real and throw the bad stuff OUT! I can help you learn about nutrition by not only telling you -but showing you what works for me!
