Have you ever tried to START working out and eating right, but something always got in the way? Maybe it was kids, work, school, or just that you didn't know how to schedule health and fitness in your life.
Probably it was a mixture of most of those things, right?? Maybe this isn't your first go around, but possibly the 5th time you tried getting back in shape. The simple truth is that no one can make you work out and eat right except YOU! If you feel that you are truly ready to make a change, that you NEED to change your eating habits and get physical, let let me be your guide!
Challenges will be groups of 3-5 people who are starting the SAME workout prgoram, on the SAME day, with similar goals and posting each day in a private group on Facebook. I place people who have similar interests and that will mesh well together, so there are no awkward silences! Each day you will post your workout, at least one picture of a meal you ate, and many other "assignments" that are meant to keep you on track!
Challenges are perfect for accountability, when you start something on your own without structure and no one to support you, it's difficult. --as if building the workout habit, and eating right wasn't hard enough! But, in my Challenges, we'll have fun and LEARN about nutrition and how to feel good in your OWN skin!
